Q: Do you really have everything for "ALL YOUR BATTERY NEEDS"?A: Yes, we do! Occasionally, a customer will need a special item that we don't normally stock. In these rare cases, we special-order whatever our customer needs.Q: When are you open?
A: Our doors are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday; Saturdays 8:30 AM to 4:00. We're closed on Sundays.

Q: I think my car battery is going bad. What should I do?
A: Please stop by soon for a free system analysis. We'll check the health of your car or truck's battery free of charge. We'll never try to sell you something you don't need and if it is time for a new battery, we've got the best prices around.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment to have the battery replaced?
A: No, there's no need to make an appointment. Just stop by during our normal operating hours and we'll help you right away. Whether it's a large battery for your car, truck, or boat or small battery for your cell phone or laptop, we can replace it for you on-the-spot.
Q: How should I dispose of my old, dead car battery?
A: Bring your old car battery to us - we'll BUY it from you.
Q: My rechargeable drill (or other power tool, or shaver, or dust buster, etc. doesn't hold a charge anymore. Do I have to buy a new one?
A: No! In most cases, the built-in battery packs for these devices can be "rebuilt". Rebuilding these types of battery packs happens to be one of our specialties. Just bring your device to us for a free analysis. If it can be rebuilt, we can handle it.
Q: Should I recycle my old batteries?
A: Yes! Be environmentally conscious – don't just toss old batteries in the trash. If you're not sure where to recycle your old batteries, please feel free to drop them off with us and we will recycle them for you.
Q: How long will rechargeable batteries last?
A: Modern rechargeable batteries last for 500-800 charge-discharge cycles. This means they'll last between one and a half and three years for the average user.
Q: How do I know when my rechargeable batteries are nearing the end of their life?
A: When you notice your rechargeable batteries are only providing about half their usual service time, they're ready to be replaced.
